The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and monitor daily construction activities on our real estate development projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

The Site Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager.

This is a site-based position requiring daily presence on the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily construction activities on site
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
• Manage construction employees on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, and consultants
• Track construction progress and report site activities
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising on site
• Enforce health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Skills and qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in site supervision for building or real estate projects
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in building or real estate construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction methods, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
