The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Officer to manage customer communication, complaints, and grievances related to the company’s real estate activities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining positive client relationships.

The Customer Care Officer will report directly to the Operations Manager / Management Team.

This position involves direct interaction with customers regarding selling, renting, and construction services.

Key Responsibilities

·         Receive, record, and manage customer complaints and grievances professionally

·         Handle customer inquiries related to property sales, rentals, and construction projects

·         Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

·         Maintain accurate records of customer communications and complaints

·         Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily

·         Provide clear and accurate information about company services and processes

·         Escalate unresolved or complex issues to management when necessary

·         Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions

Skills and qualifications

Minimum Requirements

·         Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Public Relations, or a related field

·         Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer care, client relations, or a similar role

·         Experience working in real estate, construction, property management, or service-based companies is an added advantage

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to handle complaints and grievances calmly and professionally

·         Good record-keeping and reporting skills
