Marketing Officer to join our team in Hargeisa.

Job Summary

The Outdoor Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting Aleel Real Estate's

properties and projects directly in the field, identifying potential buyers and tenants,

generating leads, arranging property visits, and building relationships with customers and

businesses.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-connected, persuasive, and comfortable spending

significant time outside the office meeting potential clients and promoting properties.

Key Responsibilities

 Promote Aleel Real Estate properties through outdoor and field marketing activities.

 Identify and approach potential buyers, tenants, investors, and business clients.

 Generate new property leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline.

 Conduct property visits and introduce clients to available properties and projects.

 Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and property investors.

 Visit different areas, businesses, organizations, and communities to identify potential

customers.

 Promote available properties through direct customer engagement and other marketing

activities.

 Follow up with leads and potential clients regularly.

 Collect and report market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

 Identify new opportunities for property sales, rentals, and investment.

 Coordinate with the Operations and Site teams when arranging property visits.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and marketing activities.

 Prepare regular reports on outdoor marketing activities and results.

 Represent Aleel Real Estate professionally when dealing with clients and the public.

Skills and qualifications

Requirements

 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate,

Sales, or a related field.

 Previous experience in real estate, outdoor marketing, sales, or customer relations is

an advantage.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Confident and comfortable approaching and communicating with new people.

 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

 Good knowledge of Hargeisa and its different neighborhoods.

 Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.

 Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

 Good organizational and reporting skills.

 Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

 Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.

 Must be willing to travel around Hargeisa for field activities.
